I was at 203 last month. Right now I’m at 185. That’s a weight loss of 18lbs. Massive shoutout to Samuel for his excellent training regiment. Always encouraging me every step of the way. Best trainer I ever had. Now I look forward to the gym, rather than loathing it. While I still have a ways to go, I'm extremely proud of the progress I'm making.

“My name is Cynthia Crawford and I had a stroke years ago. As I was on my journey to recover of gaining my mobility. I met Chris Ward and he offered his services to help my mobility improve. After nearly 2 years, I have seen major improvements. My right arm is becoming more active as I am able to raise my arm up and down. I’m also able to walk steadily and with balance. Overall, I am satisfied with his services. It’s 5 Stars for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Hey so I'm usually late everywhere, but when I got to planet fitness he was there waiting on me .. he started me off slowly and worked up to a speed I was comfortable with. They do push you like other trainers I've had in the past, but they do encourage you. I like that he really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my journey and set me up for success! I am truly grateful for all Chris has done to support me on my wellness journey. He has provided much needed expert guidance and motivation to start me on a fitness plan and continue to help me stay consistent with a healthy lifestyle. I started personal training with Samuel in August of this year. I had been contemplating for quite a while about working out. My biggest problem is not being able to motivate myself. He is just amazing! So fantastic at motivating me and pushing me to reach my goals. Since I started PT sessions with Samuel, my energy level is really good and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week! I always have such a great workout. I would highly recommend Samuel!

“I have trained with Chris for 16 weeks and it was exceptional. When we worked out it is always quick yet efficient. We typically are out in less than an hour but I feel like I am getting as much work in as if I was there for twice as long. I wasn't in the best shape when I started and he was very understanding and motivated me to keep pushing without making me feel self conscious about my performance. I am proud to say that with his meal guidelines in conjunction with his workouts I am down 40 pounds. His affordable pricing and mobility brought me in the door but his professionalism and technique kept me coming back until I reach the goal I am striving for! He challenges me but understands I haven't worked out in a long time so I'm not dying the next day. (I am sore though!). His degree in kinesiology is evident. “I initially decided to reach out because I needed more accountability in my exercise routine, that is my biggest struggle. I also read that Chris would come to train me anywhere I wanted, which is what I needed and showed flexibility. The reason I've stayed with this for over 9 months now. is because of that accountability that I've been getting from him. Chris comes to my house, so I really don't have the ability to back out of a workout, which is what I need. He is also so intuitive with where I am mentally day to day, so I can achieve my goals.
